"Bag check and use of pool and outdoor cafe was a huge plus while waiting for our room. I understand the hotel is going through a renovation, which it needs. The main lobby area is nice, comfortable and clean. The pool was spacious and refreshing. But as soon as you step in the elevators, you can feel the age of the building. Our room had a great view, but the bathroom was eekkk. There was mildew/mold in areas, the door was swollen from water leaking out of the shower and the glass on the door is...

"Great stay. Second time we have stayed at this resort. Close walk to restaurants and shops wonderful sunny pool area and beach amenities. Valet parking was great but also easy to find street parking if you want to just pop in and out quickly but it’s not overnight. Lovely seating areas all around lobby. We had a room with a full kitchen which was great. A grill on the patio would be a wonderful addition. Daily housekeeping was great to have also."

"A very sad experience at the Hilton, it is frustrating to arrive to a place with the brand Hilton and be treated like a 2 stars hotel. Staff at reception was very unfriendly. Even the people that were friendly, have no training in hospitality. The overall experience was very poor and most likely will never come back to a place with people that don't want you to be there."
