"Good miami location out of the heavy flow of things. No water access though, no pool, no beaches close (traffic makes it not very accessible).Clean and comfortable stay. "

"A great place i enjoyed the stay"

"Great stay"

"Room and neighborhood was nice, beach right out the backdoor. "

"Great location! Room was very clean. The view was amazing "

"I wanted to share my thoughts on the property. The location is right on the water, and the property has very good, resort-like facilities. My only concern is that the condo itself was a little bit old and not updated, but everything else is really good for this price. Best regards,"

"Very good location for fun"

"Great apartment. Good view. Everything worked as described, WI-FI, kitchen, Bathroom. The building had a problem with the elevators. Great location."

"Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!"

"I hardly ever write reviews but I think this property needs some unbiased reviews. To start, the hotel is in a very central location not too far from south beach but far enough. The room was a little dated but very clean and contrary to other reviews we never waited for elevators. BLU Vacations who you book through are fantastic. The pics of the room are exactly what was there. The Alexander had some rules that maybe need mentioning. You cannot bring any of your own food or drink to the pool...

"The house was beautiful just breath taking, the art on the wall was so rich and elegant. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom and the views were breath taking. The hot tub had me glued for hours. I love the quick response on communication, and the details and elegance in the home was worth every dollar."

"Great location, great value, and all worked well!"

"Great listing"

"We had a great stay in Sunny Isles Beach. The unit was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nicely laid out and easy to navigate. We especially enjoyed spending time at the beach and taking advantage of the resort facilities. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit."

"Great stay, comfortable beds, host was very nice. The apartment was clean, and nice decorated "
