"The location is ideal for exploring Nelson and its surrounding areas. It is right in the heart of downtown but very quiet. We walked to shop, eat, drink, go to the Farmer's Market, walk along the water to the park, and walked to the grocery store. Pat is an excellent communicator; we had a bit of an issue right before we left, and he was happy to help us get things figured out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for making meals in, and it is a very comfortable place to just hang out with the family. We will definitely stay there again."
"The location is great and the rooms have a beautiful view of the river and the bridge. Streetcar 23 runs past the hotel along the River. The stop with schedule is across from Save in foods. There are grocery stores within a couple minutes walk. The kitchenette is small but you can make meals. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. There is coffee available in the lobby. "
