"We Stayed here because we went to the Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean concert in Athens and the hotels there were ridiculously priced. This place was conveniently located near restaurants. My daughter and her friends went to Boot Barn and it was nicer than the one we have in our town in SC. We drove to Athens to the concert with no problems at all. The breakfast was great …eggs, the biscuits and gravy and sausage were great as was majority of options like waffle maker…muffins…yogurt etc. If we ever went back to Athens for a game or another would definitely stay here again."

"The bed was so hard my husband and I were miserable. Our backs were killing us all day. Breakfast was empty. Nothing available. The place was clean is the only thing good I can say. Front desk was friendly."

"The breakfast is all plastic wrapped items and there seems to be an issue with fleas in the premise. I was bit at night "

"There was a swarm of bugs in front of our room that were unavoidable to get through the door. The lock inside looked like it had been ripped off the door frame a few times. The paint job in the room was rushed and incomplete. It looked like there was a cockroach leg stuck to the wall in the shower. The employee who checked us in wasn't wearing shoes and had a general vibe of uncleanliness. The television wasn't set up in our room. The overall vibe of the hotel was so bad that we checked out a day early and got a room at a different hotel."
