This is an outstanding place. It’s no accident that they have earned a Best of Baltimore award 12 years in a row. Gracious hosts, delicious cooked breakfasts, the run of a Victorian mansion stuffed with beautiful antiques and interesting memorabilia from the host’s remarkable career in the US Navy. Tranquillity is breakfast on fine china, crystal glasses and silverware, listening to Mozart and studying the intricacies of the model ships on display. Highly recommended.

The property is unique and the decor is very artistic and interesting. The attention to detail was wonderful and the accommodations were very nice.
The area is less than 10 min walk to the main drag in Hamden where there are many nice restaurants, and it was quick to get a rideshare. It was a little less nice in some of the surrounding area though.
My main frustration is that I had to download an app to get the door codes. AND they sent only the numbers but no instructions. There were two...

Our stay at the Four Seasons was excellent from valet parking, front desk, housekeeper to room service. The customer service was unbelievable. I would like to thank the Four Seasons for this because I was praying that they wouldn't treat us bad because of the color of our skin. This mean so much to me because my husband had a wonderful dinner at the Bygone. Thank for making my husband Birthday so awesome and special. Now the gentleman that found my bag and turned it in. New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Just got back from a three night stay. The property was safe, clean and quiet. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We went to the Ravens game and got to the stadium via ride share very easily then walked half way back until we found some Lime scooters and rode the rest of the way. The room was spacious. Breakfast was served daily. It was nothing special but it was convenient for sure. It was nice that they usually had free cookies sitting out throughout the...

This is a cool and unusual hotel. If you have mobility issues...maybe this is not the hotel for you as the entrance steps are steep and there is a set outside and another inside to get to the front desk. This hotel is dark and moody and medieval in decor. It might not be for everyone but it was so quirky and different that we loved it. Our room had a canopy bed and we felt like princess and queen! Attended an event at Soundstage. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from there. The streets were a little noisy after midnight, but it died down shortly thereafter and the hotel itself was very quiet. There is a public parking garage directly across the street so that was super convenient. They do offer valet parking as well. The desk attendant was quite friendly. I did not partake in the breakfast buffet, so I cannot speak on the quality of that, but based on the cleanliness of the room...
