"So disappointed, hotel looked and was good, staff lived in a different world! No evening meal offered, although we were having breakfast there was none available and no staff until my partner saw a cleaner who didn’t know we were even staying and then no offer to make breakfast. Want to be reimbursed for the cost of two breakfasts."

"Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals."

"The whole stay at the hotel was wonderful from the staff at the front desk, to the food in the restaurant, a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean and was also very quiet, despite there being lots of people in the hotel."
