Bridge Inn by Greene King Inns

"A nice quite location, perfect for an early morning flight from BRS. Great having hungry horse attached making it easy to get decent food and drunk at a fair price. Althought a little dated, the rooms are very clean and excellent reception staff."

"Nice hotel with big rooms but poor lighting to do make up and nowhere in the bathroom to put down a wash bag or make up bag … glass shelf too narrow! Exquisite food. Thank you"
The Swan Hotel Wells

"The Swan Inn is in an ideal location to all notable amenities within the City of Wells. I found that there were plenty of car parking spaces at the hotel. The rooms within the establishment I feel are dated, windows not opening or closing properly, extractor fan in the bathroom not working, and dated furnishings. However, do not let these minor issues put you off from staying. The staff are excellent, and very attentive, the room’s even thou are dated are comfortable, with great bedding. As stated the location is fabulous. The breakfast here is good quality and there is plenty of choice. I would recommend this hotel, and I will be staying again in the future. Thanks."
Savoy Hotel

"Nice clean room, recently decorated main fault was tv didn't work? Possibly due to lack of aerial. Unfortunately it was not the savoy but another hotel further down the road. Another catch was £10 for parking but if you arrived after 6pm you could park on street until 8am for free"

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms! The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"

"We liked the individuality of the property. Staff, especially Sandie, were delightful. We really enjoyed our stay, apart from one day. All day on the Saturday there was loud, very, music coming from the bar. It permeated the whole place and one could barely hear oneself think! It was so penetrating as to be unhealthy. If it hadn’t been for that, our scores would have been a great deal higher. But if we could avoid that, certainly we would return."
