"Unfortunately we had two issues at this hotel.
Firstly we had room 11 which had a strong smell similar to cat wee. We were then given room 18, which seemed fine until we opened the door to the en-suite and the same smell was strong in there. This smell was only in the rooms not any public areas.
Secondly there was music blasting loudly from venue adjacent to the hotel along with noise from people using that venues outside area. This continued until the music stopped at 2am, and the venue cleared of customers around 2.40am, so no sleep.
We would not stay at this hotel again.
The rooms were small, clean, with tea/coffee facilities.
Rest of hotel was nice and clean.
Hotel is situated in a busy and bustling area of the city centre. Close to lots of places to visit within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

"Room clean , decent towels..,good choice of coffee & teas but no suggestion where to get a top up. Good choice of breakfast - unsweetened cereals would be good choice. (No branflakes )
Best ever toaster!! Bread through quickly and totally toasted! No marmite… Tables cleaned quickly, staff pleasant.
Noisy outside on a night if window open but bang in the middle of a happening town. "
