"This was our second stay at this hotel and we can’t fault it. The room was great (one point to raise was the small green light next to the bed just above floor level was very bright during the night).The food and drink available was great and the option of a take away continental breakfast was very positive. The staff were amazing.Thanks very much"

"I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room either and I felt cold. All in all I wished I had not bothered to book my stay. I could not voice my concerns on the day because Reception is closed at 9pm"

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was fine. Just two thingxx as though which need improvement: - Wi-Fi was patchy at best. - Having gone to bed about 11, I couldn’t get to sleep because the bar music was blaring out into the courtyard below my room window and ended up phoning the hotel at11.30 to ask them to turn it off - though to be fair they did do that."
