"It's all self check in so you can arrive out of hours which was great for us. The room was clean and there are tea making facilities. Overall we had a good stay although the people upstairs were noisy from about 5am.."

"The hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. I spoke to many staff members during the stay and everyone was completely helpful, friendly and had time for a conversation. I was fortunate to get a room with an amazing view of Wells Cathedral. It was an ideal location.
