"The hotel is well situated to explore Rome. The staff are very helpful, friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was tasty with very good options. I am a tea drinker but you just can’t beat Italian coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a few soft spots but overall, we had an excellent stay and I highly recommend. "

"The room key didn´t work we had it changed three times. cleaning of bathroom was poor the hairdryer diden´t work the door to toilet coun´t close this was defintely not a good experience, we ended by cancel our room and checked out."

"Luca was wonderful and very helpful. He arranged our airport transfer and called a taxi for us at checkout, helping with our luggage as well. The antique elevator was beautiful but tricky. Lots of stairs to walk when it was not functioning. But loved the location and the area. "
