"The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Exceptional quality food, wonderful ambiance, and features dishes from around the world (US, South Asia, East Asia, Europe). The only reason I'd ever come back is for the breakfast and view of Bangkok from the balcony (which is now closed off for safety). Other than the food, the room, carpets, and TV were old. The TV was small, often didn't work with the remote, and had limited channels. Carpets were quite old and I wouldn't walk barefoot on them. The kitchen area had stovetops but no pots. And the fridge had coke products they charged you for. Overpriced laundry. I would only recommend this place for rich people that love being pampered and catered to round-the-clock. If you are independent, you might find it irritating. When you walk in, they have strongly scented flowers in the lobby. The scent was overpowering. When I reached the room, it was huge but again, old carpets, old appliances, and not that impressive except the spacious size. Within 10 minutes while I was undressing and almost nude, staff just walked into my room unannounced to bring complimentary beer and chocolate. Yikes. In the hotel bars, everything was overpriced for Thailand's standards. They hike prices to match NYC standards which honestly defeats the point of vacationing in a lower-income country like Thailand. They also charge a $300 USD deposit when you check in. Ridiculous for Thailand. "

"I travel as a lone parent with 3 children so my list of accommodation needs is longer than most. The hotel is beautiful, clean and rooms are a very comfortable size. The staff were friendly, however when using the pool outside of hotel organised fun such as songkran pool activities children cannot play freely as the priority of adult guests enjoying themselves felt more important regardless of there being a separate quiet pool. Children will find it difficult to enjoy the pool on normal days."

"A spacious revamped hotel with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Close to the Siloam line BTS for shopping at Paragon and the river ferry for Icon Siam. Lots of local street food in the area. Staffs were profesional and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast offering was excellent with choices changing every day. Housekeeping were excellent. Pool, gym and the coffee lounge all excellent. Will likely make this my go to hotel when I’m in Bangkok again. "

"Our stay at Tower Cub at Lebua was amazing, they're being not anything I did not like. The view was amazing. The afternoon tea and snacks that is included with the towerclub was a great way to relax before going out in the night. The staff was extremely friendly. With the tower club, you could eat in on the 52nd floor and have amazing views, but we preferred to eat on the M floor as they had much more diverse menu options. There were only two things that I would have improved. the first being that the bedroom part of our room got hot (25 degrees) due to the massive balcony doors and it felt like the AC could not keep up with the heat. The second issue is the number of elevators. As we were very high up in the tower, sometimes (3-4 times throughout our week stay) you would have to wait upwords of 15-20 minutes for an elevator, but most the time it would be fast. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel to everyone as it was a fabulous stay. Ensure you bring smart casual dress to use the towerclub area!"

"The rooms are a bit old with musky smell. The lobby and other amenities (gym, laundry room) are newer though. The staff were pretty helpful. The area is quiet and convenient."

"I stayed here for thr first time and it was great. Helpful staff carried my suitcase to the room. My room was clean and spacious. Amenities such as kettle and basic toiletries were provided. Aircon worked fine. No issues during my stay!"
