"Our room was incredibly hot, we turned on the AC unit but it didn’t do anything to change the temperature, even with the window open it was too hot. I let the staff know and they said the AC was off for the hotel but the rest of the hotel was cool and other guests said their rooms were fine. "

"Hotel Madrid Alameda Aerupuerto was the last hotel we stayed in at the end of our vacation. This hotel is very nice. Older looking on the outside but very nice on the inside. Its about 15 minutes from the airport and within a few blocks of the metro train to get downtown. The surrounding area is nice with restaurants and small shops. The free shuttle to and from the airport is really a plus. Book your stay here, you won't be sorry. "
