House Rules:

Minimum age:

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed

Noise:

Respect for neighbors is mandatory

Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances

Noise detector: The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the authorized noise level may result in a fine ranging from €50 to €250.



Smoking:

Not allowed inside the apartment (fine from €50 to €250)



Pets:

Pets under 10 kg accepted upon request (€20 additional fee)



Towels:

Bath towels must not be used for the beach. Otherwise, €12 per towel will be charged.



Standard check-in:

2:00 PM – 8:00 PM





Late check-in:

+€30 after 8:00 PM

+€50 after midnight

+€10 per hour after 1:00 AM





Sundays and public holidays:

Additional €30



Identification: In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID details of all guests.



Tourist tax: €1.75 per night per person over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the municipal tourist tax may be updated twice a year and may increase.
