Location was great & Staff Always super helpful. Wish there were more USA compatible electrical outlets.

Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!

The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Excellent hotel! We love how the full staff treat the visitors. We appreciate the opportunity of early checkin due our flight arrived in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. We planned to return after our cruise but unfortunately it was fully booked. Very recommended!

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

Great location near dining and attractions. Quiet hotel, though the bed and pillows are firm. Breakfast ok, I would skip it.
