"The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available. "

"The hotel was lovely and the grounds were as well. The rooms were pretty basic: no decoration, the mattress was hard and the pillows were also. "

"Wonderful location, hotel great, private lakeside beach, can walk/ cycle in both directions. Overall fabulous holiday. "

"We had a great week here - staff very helpful in reception and bars . Upgraded to prestige rooms but did have to remind reception that we were entitled replenish soft drinks . We had b and b but one night paid the 20 euros to have evening meal - buffet excellent choice but when booking think better reception advise of the men’s dress code ( no shorts). I state the two negatives but with 98 other things right I can only say we would stay here again and recommend "

"Good 3 star hotel. Rooms were decent altho not a huge amount of storage especially in bathroom. Pool was very good and plenty of sunloungers. Breakfast had fairly limited offering but still adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel not that large and pretty quiet. Not many UK guests. 10 mins walk into centre of Bardolino which was ideal. "
