"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "

"I have now stayed at the Gloria 11 times. I find the owners and staff helpful and friendly. The meals are good and generous. The situation of the hotel is great for those on pigrimage. It feels like home from home to me."
