"No surprise this was one of the only places with vacancies left for a late decision to attend Carnival. I pre-requested an early check-in for an overnight flight. Not only was that not granted but my room was not even ready by the stated 2pm check-in with me sitting in the lobby 2.5 hours practically begging. No guests allowed in the hotel during Carnival. Not even up to the pool even though one clown at the front desk assured me it would be no problem. Pillows are terrible. The AC in the...

"Super basic but especially very non smart use of their limited resources. Like no natural light in room as window faced a wall. I'd be different had they placed the window on the opposite side. Then you have the awful daylight fluorescent lights with shaded side lamps which would make the too 10 times more welcoming. So little details which wouldn't cost money and it'd make a huge difference. Else you can't get better deal for this amazing location. So was happy after all. "
