"I was contacted by Helen early on my arrival day to say that the property was available and not to wait for the 4pm earliest check in. The House at Pebbles was exactly as described, with stunning views, especially the sunsets over Lundy Island. Lots of interesting walks from the house and nearby National Trust properties and land.Arlington House, the National Carriage Museum were very interesting and the grounds provided good walking opportunities."

"We were impressed by the views, the comfy beds and bedding, the wellequipped kitchen, the plentiful space and the large kitchen table We had an amazing stay at coast view and there was plenty of room for us all It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need Showers were rather basic and i did miss my en suite bathroom but the wonderful views maxe up for that!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Location is fantastic with sweeping views of Woolacombe and Combesgate beach and easy access to amenities in Mortehoe and Woolacombe. A short walk to all the beaches. The house was well appointed, comfortable and the views from the living areas and bedrooms were outstanding. The addition of a second large fridge in the utility area was handy. Highly recommend both the house and the location."
