"At little gem.Tucked away up a steep hill so the views are fabulous, but still only 5mins on foot, down a little footpath, to the nearest beach.10 mins either way into Woolacombe or Mortehoe this feels like the ultimate location.The accommodation is super comfortable with the added bonus of the hot tub with hillside views .Our family of 4 including 2 teens had a great time here."

"The apartment was warm,very clean,and everything you could need.The stairs to the apartment are steep and more than a dozen. Elderly father did struggle when carrying luggage up and down stairs felt like a packhorse!! But the views OMG SO WORTH THE CLIMB!! We were there when Storm Bert unleashed his power so the sea was raging,the wind was howling....perfect for storm watching. It was a long weekend with family,dogs, card games,alcohol,good food,walking the beach- heaven!"

"Lower Deck is in a beautiful setting, with the most amazing views from the patio doors and terrace. It’s a very special spot! Unfortunately, on this occasion, and whilst cosmetic improvements had been made since our previous visit the property was not clean - we arrived to find dirty floors (that should have been mopped), hair and waste contact lenses supplies in both bathroom bins and half eaten food in the freezer. We needed to wipe out both the cupboards and the fridge on arrival. It should be noted that we’d been made aware that the apartment had not been cleaned by the usual cleaner, disappointing as we had paid for this. The usual cleaner had made the property spotless the year before."
