"The hotel had a comfortable room, delicious breakfast options, friendly food servers, and a convenient location."

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."
