"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "

"The biggest issue with the hotel is that the room you select online is not the one you are given upon arrival. We booked a Deluxe Triple Room, but were assigned a standard triple room instead. On the second morning, our room was changed upon request, but even then, the new room was still not in the Deluxe category. If you are planning to stay for 5 days like us, another drawback is that the same breakfast is served every day. Aside from these issues, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel has a central location."
