"Staff was friendly. Room was alright, bed very very soft, sheets not very comfy, pillow flat as a can be. View on the river was beautiful. The bathroom...it had mould on the ceiling and around the tub in the silicone. I didn't shower. The location is perfect, staff are great. Just cleaning doesn't seem to be a forte."

"Bed bugs… absolutely disgusting to find them in the bed and then when captured it and complained the desk attendant who I understand isn’t to blame just said they’d send a form for a refund. A form which despite surely taking seconds to send I’m still awaiting. Absolute disgrace."
