"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . "This is a lovely heritage-style hotel in the middle of Chulia St. While it's close to all the action, it's also an oasis of calm inside. The pool is small but nice to have (and rare for a heritage hotel). We spent three nights here and on arrival were told that the original room we were booked had been overbooked, but comms via Expedia hadn't come through in advance, so we were downgraded to a Courtyard room, which turned out to be slightly bigger and more comfortable than expected from other reviews. As compensation we were offered the final night in the suite, which was absolutely lovely - I could easily have spent a week in there! Staff were incredibly nice, thoughtful, helpful and kind. Breakfast was so-so - while the buffet was not the most appealing, there were also omelettes made to order, and you're not short of every kind of food option around the neighbourhood anyway."
