"We booked this property based on the photos and description, which suggested a bright room with a sea view. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different.
Our room was located at the back of the property with very limited natural light and no meaningful view. This was not clearly communicated in the listing.
The overall cleanliness was below expectations. There was a noticeable smell in the room, and we found a used deodorant left underneath the children’s bunk bed, which had not been removed prior to our arrival.
The room layout was also misleading. The “parents’ sleeping area” is not a separate room but rather a raised bed with very limited space, which was not clear from the description.
Additionally, there is no on-site staff before check-in opens at 3:30 pm, meaning guests may have to wait outside with no access or assistance.
Due to these issues, we decided not to stay and left immediately."
