Everything was perfect! Best nights sleep I've had in a while..they even got me a lovely birthday note

We drove all day to Hastings. Woke up late for breakfast the next day (Christmas Day). The manager was so kind to accommodate us. Hotel is dated but being renovated. Cannot beat the location.

Perfect location and room. Very good breakfast and front desk staff tried very hard despite seeming inexperienced. It is overall a perfect choice for Rye.

George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so.

I stayed at The Rose & Crown one night passing through the area returning to London. The proprietor was friendly and the property is an interesting old building, perhaps three hundred years old. It's a pub / inn; the lower floor is a small pub and there are four rooms on the upper floor for guests. The rooms are rather small with an even smaller bathroom. The shower cubicle is smaller than an old telephone booth. This is less a problem than a reality, especially for larger people. ...

Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. A great option in the area. We loved the pool and it wasn't too busy on the weekdays. It is an easy location in walking distance of some great sites. Very dog and kid friendly. It was a little expensive for what was on offer and the breakfast could be improved but other than that no complaints.
