"Bar fridge was frozen and worked very poorly,was charged 10 rmb for bucket ice to chill drinks.matress was very firm.basic maintaince was lacking in many areas,pool,room,fixtures and window cleaning in foyer was in dire need of cleaning.staff at entrance were constantly on their phones.harry in the bar was the shining light very friendly and great customer service .air con worked great in room.very private and quite in room."
