Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. Nice Hotel

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

The emblem is a true gem. the staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we loved all of the creative touches if you are looking for comfort, fun and inspiration stay here.

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. Good hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location within walking distance to fishermen warf and pier 69 and pier 33 for Alcatraz tour. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Great location to stay. Many sites and restaurants in short walking distance plus public transportation is available and easy to use.

If you're attending a 49ers game and looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend it. The service here is top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff that goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the location is a perfect distance to Levi's Stadium. Extremely quiet and comfortable rooms. Located off fwy but couldn't hear any noise from inside the room. Very spacious and perfect for a grown family. The only thing that was needed was a real queen or king bed instead of full size beds. Rooms have ample room to accommodate those sizes.

The room was very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind.
