Gallery apartment with hand-hewn beams (75 m2) first floor sleeping studio, 2x2 m double bed and on the other side a bed with 1. 4 m x2 m. The apartment has been furnished with love in Chappendale styles. The floor in the studio is made of real solid spruce planks. The dining room has 2 windows and is normally bright. The bathroom is tiled like new and has a bathtub with shower glass wall, toilet, vanity and washing machine as well as a skylight for ventilation.
The access to the apartment is on the first floor.

The living room

The location is perfect for people who would like to go to the pedestrian zone or shopping center Rotmain-Center several times a day as it is only a 2-minute walk. The bus stop is only 30 away. Downstairs is the nice "Inge Cafe" with great food and homemade cakes.
Parking is best rent a garage from me or park 15 gems away for free.

Interaction with guests

Dear guests, I live about 800 meters in my house and if there is anything I can come quickly. When I'm on vacation my daughter Jasmin will represent me.

Other important information

Sometimes people ask if the apartment is noisy. So we are in the city and it is louder than in the country :-). Kulmbacher Straße is a smaller, offset street and is not heavily used at night. But on weekends teenagers can stumble home with a party mood :-)
