"We stayed only one night but would definitely come back again. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our afternoon at the little beach.

"I like that the property did some renovation which meant upgrade, convenient, clean and walking distance to pops restaurant. What I would like if they will put a door that also connects the sink to the toilet and tub area. I don't like an open area where the sink is to the rest place"

"The house was exactly as advertised. It’s perfect for a large family. We took our adult children and had an excellent time. The downstairs A/C wasn’t working properly when we arrived. We contacted Matt and he had someone there the same day. The whole unit needed to be replaced so it took a few days, but Matt was great about taking care of us. The beach is literally outside the back door. We loved sitting in the porch in the morning with coffee watching the water. Thank you for having porch furniture that is comfy!The beach isn’t too busy during the day. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and we loved all the restaurant recommendations for local spots. We had amazing meals and met wonderful locals!We highly recommend this spot for a great family vacation! "

"What an amazing time my family and I had!! Will definitely refer this house Robert was on Point with everything we needed it pickle ball basketball baseball and gloves even a lefty glove WOW!! Place is truly AMAZING!! our kids loved the Low tide so much Ocean To explore!! Great suggestions on things to do and Eat wonderful people in the neighborhood that greeted us so friendly will definitely will be back!!!"
"The house was beautiful, well equipped with the essential for an home away from home. The location was easy to get to and is in a nice neighborhood that is near great restaurants a few within a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, in our beach chairs, we personally don’t feel comfortable in adirondack chairs as we’re bigger and always feel like we might break them. To our pleasant surprise there were fireflies in the neighbors yard, and we really enjoyed seeing the ocean and hearing the waves right outside on both of the front decks. The backyard picnic pavilion was very nice, with a fire pit and grilling area and lots of birdwatching. We appreciate the easy access to the private beach and that during our stay there were very few people sharing the beach with us. We are veteran beach goers so we always bring water shoes with us, they are needed for this beach, it’s a little rocky and there is some seaweed on the bottom in some areas, but with the water shoes it was not an issue. Communication with the owner was very easy. We look forward to a future stay in this beautiful home. "
"We had a great time staying here for the 4th of July weekend. House is in a great location! We walked to the beach, enjoyed the deck and backyard. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. Enjoyed every minute!"
