"Hot tub was filthy but ac worked, bathroom was a wreck, the chair had layers of dust, walls were stained with white chemical deposits and the bed also had visible stains. I complained to the clerk at the front desk and he got upset and asked why did i wait 30 minutes to report this, to which i replied, i had to unload all of my stuff. He rufley told me to pack my stuff and follow him to the front for a refund that would take 3 business days. Curtly told me to leave the property because there is no loitering. "

"Elevator is semi broken cant get to the third floor and they placed us on the third floor. Last night of our stay a fight broke out i was in the lobby getting door dash walked to the elevator and a gentleman walked out screaming there was blood all over the elevator floor the guy said his young daughter was in the bathroom hideing scared because it sounded like gun shots going off in the room there was blood all over the second floor from what the guy said it was very scary i will never stay at that hotel again i do know that they shouldnt allow people to live there "

"The host, Robert, was an incredible host. Very easy to contact and does a great job mediating between guests and the upstairs tenants. Cleanliness of the space is always my number one priority and this space met my standards. My only feedback were the beds! They are ultra firm and would’ve loved the option of a mattress topper, but that’s just me being bougie waking up the the view was just magical."
