"Check in was long winded escalaters and elavators out of order and machines not working to complete check in. Spa was lovely got to the room no info or qr code to order food and phone unplugged. Had to walk back to main reception to order food, food was not very nice, the bath was nice but was so noisy throughout the night. And a £12 parking charge and breakfast was even more a disssapointment 😞 "
