"The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was freezing cold and the water was cloudy. The breakfast is alright although the selection is very limited and commercial. Not bad overall but the pool situation was a disappointment. Management needs to look into this."

"I stayed two nights for a volleyball tournament at University of Delaware. The hotel wasn’t fancy but was just fine. I only slept there no issues. I’m glad I didn’t pay the expensive cost for other hotels in the area. "

"Gross and disgusting room. First room smelled of weed and had a CBD cartridge in the drawer. The bedbug cover was torn and stained; underneath had small black specs. We were offered a second room which, upon entering smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning supplies. I inspected the beds to which I found large, brownish, red stains and splotches all over the underskirt. We were offered a third room and declined, nauseated by what we saw. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one because the manager would not return for 3 days and I booked through a third party. I would rate my experience a 0/5. DO NOT STAY HERE! Expedia not responsive to my request of a refund. Not clean, staff helpful but couldn’t provide refund, Parking was near by."
