It is set in a pretty garden overlooking farmland and open countryside. A delightfully peaceful retreat, it is well situated for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Minsmere Bird Sanctuary, Benacre National Reserve, Snape Maltings, and the music and concert centre at Aldeburgh. Just a short drive from the market towns of Beccles, Halesworth and Bungay, and the seaside delights of Southwold. Well stocked farm shop and separate village store in Wangford 2 miles. Pub 1½ miles.
