Situated in the exclusive Ses Falugues Aiguablava area. Approached by its own drive and set in architect designed, landscaped paved gardens, inter-planted with Mediterranean flora, surrounding the swimming pool. Parking for at least three cars in a shaded area. The nearest beach is within walking distance at just 1.1km from the villa. There is a Jodofi Supermarket within 5 minutes by car which offers very high quality produce including excellent wines, a delicatessen with meats and cheese, and in an adjoining unit, a local fresh fish supplier
The beach next to Fornells harbour and its 5* hotel and the golden sandy beach of Aiguablava with waterfront restaurants are both just a couple minutes by car or a ten minute walk.

Water sports- diving school (10 mins walk), motorboat hire from beautiful nearby port of Fornells (15 mins) and kayaking from Aiguablava beach (12 mins).
The charming historic castle town of Begur has an outstanding choice of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes and a bustling weekly market selling fresh fruit and vegetables and a host of other items including clothes.
There are specialist shops scattered amongst the narrow cobbled streets creating an enchanting place to explore. With several late night cellar bars and a lively atmosphere in the high season this town has appeal for all ages.
The main living accommodation is on the ground floor with the exception of a first floor studio / balcony area accessed from the kitchen / diner by a staircase. The build quality, fixtures, fittings and contemporary furnishings are of a high standard throughout.
In the centre of the house, accessed by large double French doors, is a modern fully fitted open plan kitchen / dining room benefiting from stainless steel appliances including an American style fridge-freezer, a `range` cooker with extractor, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
Next to the kitchen is a very spacious sitting room furnished with modern, comfortable sofas and easy chairs of high quality and an open fireplace. Entertainment here is provided by a large LED smart TV (43 inch/ 1092mm) with international channels and films.
This villa also has high speed WIFI.
Doors from the living room and kitchen give access to the bedrooms via corridors either side.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
There are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms each with quality beds, dressing tables and wardrobes. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom or shower room, ceiling fan and double doors to the terrace and paved garden.
BASEMENT - GAMES ROOM:
Internal stairs from the hallway lead down to the spacious basement where there is a utility room housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and safe. There is a clothes airer. In addition, there is a large games room with table tennis, table football and an American pool table.
FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor balcony/studio area, which extends to a full roof top solarium, is ideal for relaxing and taking in the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean coastline.
TERRACES:
French doors from all the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen/dining room lead out onto a full length terrace having steps to the architect designed paved garden interspersed with Mediterranean plants.
SWIMMING POOL:
The 15m x 6m swimming pool with Roman steps for safe easy access, is set in the paved garden. During WINTER 2024 the pool was comprehensively renovated by experts including the water circulation system.There is ample space for the sun beds which are provided to relax by the pool.
BBQ:
A gas barbecue and terrace furniture is provided to experience `Alfresco` dining in this wonderful setting.
Accommodation is for 10 people and in addition there are 2 folding beds available (ideal for children) to cater for up to 12 people . For 12 people there is an additional charge of £150
