"Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row. Lunch they would not bring food out to pool area and had to go eat Chinese buffet inside. Was silly because the first day they brought out the best chicken fingers I ever had to pool chair. Dave was awesome server"

A good hotel and service should indeed do otherwise, as we are in your care. Charging 40usd for a trip that took 10mins to walk is very unfair. Also, please ensure bedsheets are clean, having dirty bedsheets isn't a good look for a hotel that should be a luxury hotel "

"I booked here because it had a gym and i like to workout after a day of traveling, only one of the treadmills worked, it was dirty and in very poor condition. The pool area does not look like the photo, it is old and in need of repair, it is surrounded by folding tables and assorted plastic chairs. No hair dryers in the rooms, i had to wash ,my hair in the sink because there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower."

"This is a very affordable place to stay on a budget. As a pool, which is super important because of the heat that was in great shape and clean. Restaurants staff were awesome. Front office staff was just OK. Ride to the airport was prompt so that was great."

I was greeted after a late flight by Michelle, who helped me to my room and took me to get some delicious street food because I was too tired to dine out. I learnt about the culture, the best places to go and we could have kept talking all night! The rooms are beautiful, within walking distance to everything and kept safe by the resident dog Max.
