"10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! The property was massive. The villa was beautiful. The grounds crew cleared the seaweed from the beach and raked the sand, daily. Everyone that worked there was friendly. The concierge, Terri, was very helpful. The nearby restaurants were great (El Norte, Tranquility, Moon bar, Casa Alegre). "This house was beautiful and spacious! The pool was just steps away from our front door and the ocean view was spectacular! Star and all staff on site were super responsive with anything we needed and were very helpful and accommodating in assisting us with setting up excursions. "Photos were deceiving. We had to have maintenance come almost every single day for something that was not working in the home. We were not able to utilize the back doors that went out to the pool, except the one in the master bedroom as they were scraping the floor, could not get them to lying in order to completely lock. There was always a gap at the top which let mosquitos in. Had to get on the floor in order to unlock and try to lock those doors. When it rained, we had rain coming through...
