"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

"My family (my husband, 13 year old and 2 year old daughters, my mom, and I) stayed 8 nights in condo A4. The unit suited our needs perfectly and had all of the amenities of home to make us comfortable. I would first like to mention that the staff of Sunset Beach have the best customer service of anywhere I have ever stayed (and I travel ALOT). "We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Beach! The view was amazing, the property was clean and well taken care of. We even had friends renew their vows on the beach at Sunset Resort! We loved the location. Barbara and Rosa were awesome to work with. Rosa met us along with Alvin to welcome us to the property, check us in, and deliver our golf carts. Barbara provided us with so much information before arriving, it made planning our trip so much easier. We will definitely be back!"

"I really loved my stay at the Harvourview. Staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean, and it was mostly really peaceful and quiet (you're right alongside the road so do expect a little bit of traffic noise, not terrible though). It is a homier style stay, but still worth every penny. I would come back in a heartbeat "
