Welcome Up North! Located in the heart of Shanty Creek, this newly renovated two bedroom Condo nestled in Summit Village sits on the first tee box of the Summit Golf Course. With an open wall to wall window view from the main living area, there are incredible views of the course during the day and beautiful sunset views at night. Both of which can be enjoyed from indoors or out on the back deck.

Within the space, the condo includes two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has two brand new queen-size memory foam mattress beds, a 50'' flat screen smart TV, and their own individual bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a walk-in shower and the bathroom in the spare bedroom has a bathtub/shower combo included. There's a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the golf course in the primary bedroom with a small deck and outdoor seating connected to the spare bedroom (to include 2 patios chairs and 1 small table).

The main area includes a galley style kitchen with all of your standard kitchen amenities plus a full size refrigerator and freezer, range/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a complimentary coffee bar. The living room has a full size couch, two recliners, a kitchen table and chairs, a 55'' flat screen smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace. You will also find a walk-in laundry room with access to both a washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron, as needed.

***Both bedrooms, connected bathrooms and the coffee bar have been fully renovated as of June 2023 with future updates coming in 2024 to the kitchen and living areas***

Free WIFI and Hulu Live TV are included for your convenience, but you may also choose to stream your own service using your own personal login credentials as well.

Once you step outside, you'll find several things to enjoy right within walking distance. Delicious Starbucks brewed coffee, pastries, and hot/cold breakfast and lunch choices are available right inside the Lakeview Hotel, "Shanty Town" is the local downtown space in Summit Village (including 3 restaurants and bars, a nail salon, and seasonal live music), a swing set and slide, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs (accessed with your pool card), tennis and volleyball courts, golf on either the The Legend or Summit Golf Courses, and a huge tubing hill.

If you're looking for even more to do in the area, downtown Bellaire and Short's Brewing Company is just a short 3 mile drive away. There's also shared beach access which is offered exclusively to you as our guest, but limited to only certain rental properties. Lounge chairs are available at the beach along with a huge lawn area, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, shuffle board, board games, gas grills, and restrooms right on-site.

Additionally, a free shuttle through Shanty Creek is provided to those traveling to and from downtown Bellaire and between Summit, Schuss, and Cedar River. No matter what time of year you're visiting, there's always something to do. With excellent golf to include 4 championship golf courses and 6 in total (plus 2 of which are ranked in the top 20 in the state), 46 ski runs, 31.5 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or winter sports through Glacial Hills Pathway and Natural Area, a total of three indoor and outdoor pools (accessed with your pool card), a wellness spa, and several dining options to choose from.
