"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"

"While the hotel room itself was clean and quiet. The hotel location is convenient for access to train, metro and airport. I noted that there were dirty dishes left in the hallway - common area floor for at least 14 hours, indicating that housekeeping was not on a periodic monitoring of floors, at least on the days that we stayed. Whether this was indicative of a systemic concern or a single bad day for housekeeping, it left an unfavourable impression. This single event should not dissuade people from staying, but if there are multiple such instances across other reviews, this would indicate a need for management to review processes. "

"We had the best stay here. We arrived in the morning from Venice and were allowed to store our luggage. Alessio was very helpful, and Valentina communicated clearly and made our stay extra pleasant. "Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. There is no airport shuttle however there were several guests checking out as early as 3:30 AM in the hotel was calling a cab for each of these guests. Parking was 17 euros and convenient."
