"The staff was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and always helpful. The property itself was disappointing. The hotel is listed as a four star, nothing that I saw warranted such a rating. How much of that had to do with the recent typhoon gives me pause in judging too harshly. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days."

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was working.) so that was a bit disappointing given that I was told that is was working which in fact wasn’t. Aside from that my family and I did love the room, the floor by floor parking, the kids playroom, and the fact that the place was near boonies. So that gave the kids entertainment enough."

"今回は超大型台風は直撃し、ラウンジが使えず、緊急に1階でのサービス対応となりましたが、食事や飲み物については最大限努力していただいて感謝しております。 ただ2日延泊となりホテルから出られず、缶詰状態となってしまいました。ルームクリーニングは一生懸命やっていただいたと思います。 ただ、残念でしたのは全くバルコニーが使えず、部屋の中にソファーが運び込まれたため、非常に狭い状態でした。 多くの点で通常の場合、よりもサービスは落ちてるので、スタッフからのお詫びの声かけがなかったのも残念でした。 またスポーツジム設備が日航ホテルと共用のため外にあり全く使えず残念でした。 ホテル内にスポーツジムの設置を是非検討ください。"

"Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. "

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"

"The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms and the beds were comfortable and neat. Air conditioning was very cold but comfortable, we loved it. We stayed here with my family during the typhoon and everything went well. Heavy rain with a little rain water sifted through the sliding doors but that was understandable. Hotel staff prepared us by providing a lot of towels. They were very accommodating. We had such a nice comfortable stay and tried to extend longer but they were fully booked, we checked out for a day and came back the following day for a few more day stay since we didn’t have electricity at home right after the strong typhoon . The Generator stayed running through the whole time we were here."
