Close to Rotterdam, still very silent and relaxed. Clean, comfortable, nice environment. Nice breakfast. Really recommendaded.

Great setting, beautiful hotel. But the bathroom is awkward, though very spacious. The lighting can be improved inside the room. The breakfast is a bit simple. Overall it was a pleasant stay and it is an enjoyable place.

When we arrived at 9:30 pm very tired we were informed the property had double booked and did not have a room for us. They offered no solution for us,. We basically had to have a fit and then they called around and found us a very sub par room 20 minutes away. Awful experience . We should be refunded immediately

It is so promising but....
The hotel public areas are lovely. The rooms are spartan and not well lit. But clean. Closet is too poorly designed to hang clothes. The sauna area is dangerously slippery. The sauna temps were on the low side. The swimming pool was just barely heated. Also terribly slippery. The restaurant in the hotel is pricey but the pancake restaurant across the way is reasonable. I really do not think we got value for money, because the venue is clean and tidy, but below stairs needs the same attention to detail. What a shame.

I stayed for business. This is a very nice hotel with excellent food (also for dining). I used the sauna on advice of the receptionist, I appreciated that.

The hotel is very good, big and clean rooms. We were a couple and they gave us two separated beds even though we requested double bed when we booked. They had a free room with double bed and they said we should pay additional 10 euros to get a double bed even though it was exact the same room. The receptionist was not nice and just blew us.

Very comfortable, friendly and welcoming.
We had the most amazingly large room with a very large bathroom. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and had patio doors which led out to a little parking area next to the canal that runs behind the hotel. This meant we could nip in and out to our car very easily. Had it been a shade warmer we could have sat outside on two chairs provided looking out on the canal. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a pancake restaurant in the grounds next to the vintage windmill. We choose the pancake restaurant and were not disappointed. We tried to book the hotel on our return trip a few days later but it was full. Disappointed but not surprised as it was a lovely hotel.

Exquisite Hotel in beautiful countryside location
Service was excellent. We had a large comfortable room which was designed for handicapped people, with vinyl flooring, wide doors and a large bathroom area with an open shower for easy access. The buffet breakfast was delicious and and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the lack of good lighting in the room making getting ready in the morning a challenge.
