"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Oaks Ranch. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were able to invite my sister and her husband over for a lunch and used the outdoor kitchen to cook fajitas. It was so nice and peaceful there. Room and bed were comfortable. Fridge was bigger than the small ones in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again."

"This was our second stay at the 1111 ranch and we have loved it both times. The guest home is tasteful decorated, comfortable and spotless. The view is stunning, the property peaceful. It is an excellent place to step away from the business of normal life, stop and smell the wildflowers, watch the deer, and slow down. We will stay here again."

"This Casita was perfect for our visit to San Antoino. Great location close to any shopping restaurants and site seeing. The hot tub was a pulse with two kids 7 and 11. They enjoyed the evenings in the water. Host was easy to commutate with. Will definitely visit again. ENJOY !!!"

"My family wanted to get a way for a little vacation to celebrate my cousins graduation to Texas Tech. The host was amazing in communicating and the home was beautiful. We had kids, teenager and adults on thai trip and the space worked for us all. Great layout and the pool was a great way to cool off the whole stay! The home was clean and spacious. It was a great place to stay and the whole family loved it!"
