"I stayed for 4 days in San Antonio to visit Sea World, Six Flags, The Alamo and Riverwalk. The experience in my room was clean but I noticed it had musty smell. The two queen room deluxe had microwave and refrigerator and TV. Also got fresh new towels when ask for new ones. Disappointed wasn’t any breakfast. But overall experience was clean I didn’t notice any bugs or roaches reading some reviews. Some air fresheners would be needed in the rooms"

"This hotel was noticeably very dated, cracked tiles, hard water stains on plumbing, etc. For the most part, surfaces were clean but clearly only in traffic pattern areas. Our room had multiple acrylic fingernails on the floor and one on the air conditioning unit. Also, the pool was very much out of function, I think they said something about using the pool next door if you wanted to but we didn't get that far. The communication was great, but the shuttle was also out of commission on the day that we arrived."

"What can I say, Tapatio is my favorite getaway to rest and rewind. Brought a friend who just loved , having helpful personnel, and NO STRESS! Everything is taken care or for you. I might add, after visiting at least 10 or more times the restaurant is the best it has ever been, Devine pork chops!! Will be back! Patricia N. Georgetown, Tx."

"Heritage Inn and Suites is conveniently located close to the airport and the major thoroughfares thru San Antonio. Our room was very clean when we arrived. We made our own bed, since we don't like the tugged in corners. Somehow that was interpreted as no service. We had to track down towels, cups and coffee for 5 out of the 6 days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the weekday staff person was very friendly and gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The weekend person was overwhelmed by the number of guests. There is absolutely no curb appeal. Weeds are growing around the property and the pool area. The pool itself was clean, and towels were available to the guests. I would stay there again."

"Lovely Inn! Well refurbished. We enjoyed lounging by the Pool and the outdoor fireplaces! Very attentive staff! Close to main street but very quiet!"

"Two large hot tubs, one is secluded behind the pool. Large pool, nice hiking trails, very secluded oasis in the middle of the city. "
