"A great hotel in a convenient location, close to the airport. There’s a train station just an 8-minute walk away, with direct connections to Berlin city centre, making it easy to get around. The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. Overall, everything was great, and I had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
"Expaedia refused the payment according to hotel staff & wanted cash which I would then get refunded which seemed a scam, the hotel were able to get one nights payment from Expedia I then had to check out - 5 calls to Expedia solved nothing - I had no accommodation & had to lug my bags allover the city & then booked a cheap bed in a hostel out of desperation. 68 bookings with Expedia & no issues so guess it was a hotel scam sadly.
A Stressful expensive trip alk round, very disappointing."
