"The hotel was in a great location that we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see, i.e. Prado Museum, the Palace. And if you didn't want to walk, the Metro is right outside. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a cab when we need to go to the airport on our last day. The roof top was nice but very hot when there so I didn't go up there but my friend did and enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable."

"Room was clean, spacious, well-appointed though a bit overcrowded with furniture. Balcony was an added bonus and enjoyable. The fruit basket upon arrival was a great touch. Hotel is in a great location with much to see/do steps from the entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would chose it again."
