"Loved the balconies and view, close proximity to town and things to do/train to Interlaken, etc. rooms were great - stayed on a hot week so know there is no AC. Wengen is the best and this hotel was a great place to stay with kids, as our room had bunk beds in a separate bedroom. "
"Reception desk Awesome! Doreen and other staff very helpful and very friendly. Shopping, dining station, vus stop all close by. Coffee, tea all available in the lounge area. Kettle in room as well to make tea and coffee. Very comfortable experience. Room was spacious enough for 2 with AC and also bathroom and shower spotless."
"The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. "Our stay at the Grand Beau Rivage was incredible. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was excellent, and the location cannot be beat. Walking distance to the train station allowed us to easily explore the Jungfrau region with young children. Walking to the Harder Kulm funicular was a treat as well and overlooking the Aare River was breathtaking. Only "con" was the lack of air conditioning as we were there during a heat wave, but I'd gladly do it again for the opportunity to stay there. Open...
"This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"
