Layout of the holiday home



This comfortable holiday home with garden and pool in Beuda, La Garrotxa is ideal for families and cycling groups looking to relax in nature with the comfort of modern amenities and secure outdoor space.



Entrance:



The house is located on a quiet street in Beuda. You enter through a garden gate into a fully fenced front garden — perfect for families with children or pets. A few easy steps lead to the front door of the house.



Basement – garage and bike storage:



The private, enclosed garage below the house offers secure parking and is ideal for storing bicycles — especially useful for cycling groups exploring the scenic routes of La Garrotxa.



Ground floor:



An entrance hall leads directly to the ground floor bathroom on the right. To the left is a staircase to the upper floor, and straight ahead is the spacious open-plan living area.



The living space includes a comfortable lounge with TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows and sliding doors provide direct access to the covered terrace and the garden with a private swimming pool — a standout feature of this holiday rental in Beuda. This floor is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable environment during the hot summer months.



Bedroom 1 – ground floor (ideal for reduced mobility):



Located just off the living room, Bedroom 1 features a double bed and easy access to the ground floor bathroom. As it’s on the same level as the main living areas, it’s ideal for guests with reduced mobility.



Garden and terrace:



The private garden is fully enclosed, offering a safe space for children and dogs to play freely. A covered terrace provides shade for outdoor dining, while the garden opens up to lovely views of the town’s old church and the surrounding hills of La Garrotxa.



Swimming pool:



The newly installed pool features sun loungers — ideal for cooling off or relaxing after a day of adventure. The fenced garden and pool area make this an excellent choice for families with young children.



First floor:



Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating larger families or groups:



Bedroom 2 has three single beds and a private en-suite bathroom.



Bedroom 3 has two single beds.



Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds, perfect for children or group stays.



All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with fans for added comfort during the warmer months.



A third full bathroom is also located on this floor and is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4.

Security Deposit: On the day of arrival, a security deposit will be reserved on the provided credit card. This deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, as long as no damage or violations of the agreed terms are found.

Tourist Taxes: According to Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of €1 per guest over 16 years old will be charged for the first 7 nights upon arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
