I am a wheelchair user and as such, had booked an accessible room with yourselves through Expedia and stayed 3rd July - 6th July 2026.
There were a handful of issues with the room, such as the cleanliness of the bath in the bathroom that bordered on wear and tear [room 407] and the bath board for accessibility didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Similarly, the limescale build up on the shower...
"Great and fantastic check in staff who also helped us with the online parking. Location is the best for shopping and eateries. Big room with nice smell whenever we entered the room. "
"Rooms were cramped with many stains on the carpets, and smelled old and musty despite being a newer hotel. Despite emailing the hotel many times to confirm the breakfast buffet would be able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and allergies, and receiving confirmation it would, when we arrived we found there were no options available for gluten free or lactose free at the breakfast buffet which we paid for in advance. Food and beverages were constantly running out during breakfast which...
"A great little hotel. Lovely, clean room, & pretty spacious for London, perfect for a one night getaway. Breakfast was table service (no buffet), but a good choice on the menu and overall good quality. I would definitely consider staying again!"
