I paid way too much for the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen in my life. Only got a “refund” for the second day because I literally had to leave as soon as I could. Still paid too much to stay in a literal biohazard. Slept with my clothes and shoes on."

"Breakfast was fine, cereal, some pastries, waffles. Parking was plentiful, I felt safe at all times even arriving super late or leaving super early. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. "

"We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!"
